Shipping costs can be calculated based on the shipping area or the weight of the order. Free shipping is supported for orders over a certain amount. Additionally, customized shipping calculation rules can be implemented (e.g., shipping company for orders with a specific weight).
Customer management
Η διαχείριση των πελατών λειτουργεί σαν ένα μικρό CRM σύστημα! Διατηρεί στοιχεία πελατών, πόλη, ημερομηνία εγγραφής στο e-shop, αριθμός παραγγελιών που έχει κάνει, συνολικό ποσό που έχει ξοδέψει μέχρι στιγμής, μέσος όρος παραγγελίας και άλλα.
Product management
Supported products can be simple, variable (with color/size variation), virtual (e.g. seminars) or downloadable (e.g. pdf). Each product can be defined with at least the following elements: title, short description, detailed description, category, main photo, photo gallery, price, discount (with the ability to schedule a discount period), dimensions, weight, stock, properties (used in filters and variations) and more.
Order management
Through the e-shop management, orders are fully managed, which are divided into various stages. The most important stages of an order are “waiting for payment”, “processing”, “completed” and “cancelled”.
Automated emails
As for orders, the e-shop automatically sends emails when certain actions are taken. Specifically, it informs the administrator about new orders, when an order has been canceled by the customer or when there is a failed order (e.g. the customer was unable to complete the payment). It also informs the customer that their order is pending, in processing and when it is completed.
Products with variations
The e-shop can support products with variations (color/size or other characteristics).
Bundle Products
Infrastructure for selling bundled products.
Tracking number on orders
The online store has a built-in mechanism to include the order’s shipping number from the courier. By entering the tracking number, this information is included in the customer’s order, in the emails they receive and elsewhere. The system supports most of the Greek shipping companies.
Advanced search
We have integrated an advanced search that suggests products to visitors as they type and displays results without the need to reload the page. Additionally, for an additional cost, the search engine can be upgraded even further to take into account synonyms, misspellings, Greeklish and more.
Filters and Sorts
It supports the ability to insert filters on category pages based on product attributes, so that it is easy for the visitor to find products that meet specific criteria. Products can also be sorted based on various criteria (e.g. alphabetically, based on price, based on the date they were added to the store, etc.).
Guest / User Checkout
The customer of the online store can place and complete his order either as a guest user, or by creating an account in the e-shop. If he creates an account, he can save his address details so that they are ready for the next order, see his old orders, monitor the status of his current order, etc. If he chooses to register as a member, all the old orders he made (with the same email) will automatically be included under his account.
Inventory Management
As for product stocks, there is the option to set a low stock limit and an out-of-stock limit. In the case of out-of-stock, products can either be hidden, shown as out-of-stock, or offered as pre-orders.
Statistical data
The e-shop collects and presents various statistical data relating to sales, products, etc., while also offering the ability to compare results with the immediately previous period, with the same period the previous year, or with a custom selected period. Indicatively, some of the statistics it offers are:

- Orders (number of orders, net sales, average shopping cart, average number of products per order, etc.),

Possibility to display similar (up selling) or complementary (cross selling) products to what the visitor sees.
Custom messages in the cart
Display dynamic messages on the cart page. e.g. “There are another 2.80€ left to secure free shipping. Continue shopping!“.
Order placement prompts
In strategic locations, prompt messages have been placed to encourage you to place your order. For example, “Place your order now so it will be at your door tomorrow.“.
Google Maps Autocomplete at Checkout
Autocomplete has been added to the checkout page to fill in the customer’s address in conjunction with Google Maps. In this way, we help the customer fill in their details easier, faster and, most importantly, more correctly!
Possibility to send order as a Gift
We give the customer the option to choose whether they want to send their order as a gift to someone and to choose the wrapping of their choice.
Invoice/receipt selection support
The customer can choose whether to issue a receipt or invoice. In the case of an invoice, the e-shop also requests the remaining necessary information (tax ID, etc.).
Gift Card Support
There is the possibility of selling and redeeming a gift card. The customer can choose the amount with which to “load” the gift card.
Google Analytics Enhanced
Full integration with Google Analytics to measure sales and user experience data (e.g. how many people abandoned their cart without completing the purchase) in addition to basic traffic statistics.
Facebook Pixel integration
Full integration of Facebook Pixel to successfully record sales made through Social Media Ads.
Google Ads Conversion Tracking
Integration of a mechanism for recording sales resulting from Google Ads in order to make it easy to evaluate advertising actions.
XML Feeds
Ability to export products and all their information to XML Feeds which can be used to import products, via Product Catalogue in Meta Commerce Manager and in Google Merchant Center.
Integration with MailChimp
Full integration with MailChimp so that visitors and customers of the e–shop can easily subscribe to the company’s Newsletter. Also, the infrastructure for the implementation of Marketing Automations is offered, MarketingAutomation Campaigns are automatically triggered by an action that the user takes or does not take. The Automation campaigns that can be implemented are sufficient and serve various purposes.
We mention 2 campaigns, which are most often chosen, due to their efficiency. These are the “Welcome email” campaign, which the user receives after subscribing to the company’s newsletter and contains a “gift” as an incentive to make it easier for the user to make their first purchase, and the Abandoned Cart campaign, which is sent to the user who has abandona product in the cart, a few hours later, and urges him to return to the store and complete his purchase.
SEO
As for SEO, a series of on-site SEO actions are implemented. Indicatively, some of them are: automatic XML Sitemap and its connection with Google Search Console, metadata optimization system, information optimization system in search results and on Social Media, guidance mechanism for content optimization and others.
The above functionalities are the basic ones that exist in the implementation of your e-shop. In any case, these can be expanded (see below), to meet the needs of your business. In this case, the cost cannot be standardized, but results from the analysis of the requirements. The above tasks do not include the writing of texts, translations and the import of products. The implementation of the e–shop includes the import of up to 10 products.

Social Mind, upon delivery of the project, provides you with free training via videoconference, so that you can manage your online store and its content. The training lasts up to 2 hours.
