Prices are excluding VAT. Unused support time does not roll over to the next month.
The offer on annual packages is valid for a one-time payment. Many of the tasks can be produced under certain conditions (e.g. if Social Mind has not created the website, the theme must be purchased so that updates can be made and any changes must be implemented in a child theme).

Monthly Updates
Updates of WordPress, plugins and themes are done on a monthly basis, given that we have access to the latest versions (e.g. from plugins or themes that a previous partner of yours may have purchased) and we have ensured their compatibility and proper functioning.
Support Hours
The support hours provided in each package can be used for bug fixes, content management, and consulting. This includes any research time that may be required for the request. New implementations may incur additional costs.
Monthly Reports
The monthly report includes useful information about your website, depending on the support package you have chosen. It includes a report of the upgrades made during the month, basic traffic data, uptime monitoring, SEO ranking and other similar information.
