Social Mind is a Digital Solutions Agency based in Thessaloniki and is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop client accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the accounts but also for identifying opportunities for their further development. Candidates should have previous experience of successfully managing social media accounts, as well as extensive knowledge of the industry.
_Job Description / Duties
- Definition and development of a Digital Marketing strategy for the company’s clients based on the goals that have been set. Preparation of a Digital Marketing plan that will include Social Media (Content & Ads), Google Ads and any other digital assets needed.
- Communicating with clients and managing them, scheduling meetings, communicating actions and suggestions both to clients and internally to the rest of the company’s departments.
- Very good knowledge of e-mail marketing tools (e.g. MailChimp)
- Conducting relevant research (e.g. competition) at a basic level.
- Keeping up to date on digital marketing, trends and relevant tools.
- Participating in brainstorming for strategy and new marketing actions.
- Creating reports with data from various tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Approaching and communicating with influencers.
- Other related responsibilities that may be assigned.
_Required Qualifications
- Marketing or Communication studies or related field or specialized studies in the subject.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of Marketing / Digital Marketing / Social Media, in a similar position, ideally in an agency.
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous accounts, from different sectors, in a fast-paced environment.
- Evaluation of Google Analytics data (or other similar tools) and preparation of proposals to the company for their improvement.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
- Focus on goals and meeting deadlines & schedules.
- Experience in managing social media pages, content marketing and online advertising.
- Ability to evaluate graphic design proposals from the relevant department.
- Creativity, innovation, strategic thinking and ability to develop new ideas.
The position involves in-person work at the company’s offices in Thessaloniki and full-time (8 hours).
